FAQ

First, ensure the battery is fully charged — charge for at least 2 hours before first use. If the camera still won't power on, try removing and reinserting the battery. Check that the battery contacts are clean and properly aligned. If using the AC adapter, verify the power outlet is working. If none of these steps resolve the issue, please contact our support team.

The SD card may need to be formatted in the camera. Go to Settings > Format SD Card. We recommend using a Class 10 or U3 SD card with a capacity of up to 128GB. If the error persists after formatting, try a different SD card. Ensure the card is properly inserted and the lock switch is in the unlocked position.

Download our companion app from the App Store or Google Play. Open the app and create an account. In the camera settings, select WiFi Setup and follow the on-screen instructions. Make sure your phone and camera are on the same 2.4GHz WiFi network during setup. The camera does not support 5GHz networks.

Check if the lens is clean — use a microfiber cloth to gently wipe the lens surface. Ensure the autofocus is working by tapping the screen to trigger focus. In low light conditions, image quality may decrease due to higher ISO settings. Verify that the lens cap has been removed and that there is no protective film still on the lens.

Check that the external microphone is properly connected to the microphone input port. If using the built-in microphone, ensure it is not blocked. Go to Settings > Audio and verify that the microphone is enabled and the volume level is set appropriately. Some shooting modes may disable audio recording — check your current mode settings.

Press the IR button on the remote control or enable Night Vision mode in the camera settings menu. The IR LEDs will activate automatically in low-light conditions. For best results, ensure the subject is within 30 meters of the camera. Note that night vision mode captures video in black and white.

Connect your camera to WiFi and open the companion app. Navigate to the Gallery or File Manager section. Select the videos you want to transfer and tap Download. The files will be saved to your phone's gallery. You can also transfer files via USB cable by connecting the camera to your computer.

The battery provides approximately 90-120 minutes of continuous recording at 4K resolution, or up to 180 minutes at 1080p. Battery life varies based on usage conditions, temperature, and settings. For extended recording sessions, we recommend using the AC adapter or purchasing an additional battery.
